Delivery Policy

The customer agrees to pay delivery charges indicated at the time of purchase. GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA) reserves the right to change the charges as deemed necessary.

Coverage areas of delivery locations are solely determined by GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA) and we reserve the right to deny delivery outside of our coverage area. In some cases, due to geographical and logistical limitations, GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA) reserves the right to cancel your order.

Actual delivery dates and time may vary depending on external circumstances.

The customer is responsible to inspect the item of any damage and issues upon delivery.

GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA) will deliver your purchased item in good order and condition. You should always inspect the items on its condition upon receipt. In an unlikely event that the delivered product is not suitable for consumption, please contact customerservice@goldleaftea.com.ph and our customer service team will work with you to resolve any issue.

All risk of the purchased items shall be passed to you, the customer upon delivery. You are solely responsible in maintaining the quality of the item after delivery and upon receipt of the item. We recommend storing the product in a cool dry place and away from moisture such as from refrigeration. Failure to follow storage instruction and failure to store the product properly may reduce the quality of the product and relieves GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA), its directors, employees and affiliates from any suite, damages and liability.

The customer should ensure someone, or an authorized representative is available to receive the delivered items. You may provide additional delivery instructions upon purchase of the product for our consideration. Likewise, any person who accepts our delivery from us at the provided delivery address is presumed to be authorized by the customer. If the customer fails to accept the delivery of product indicated in the chosen delivery location or if GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA) is unable to deliver the product due to customer’s failure to provide appropriate instructions, access and adequate arrangements, the product shall be deemed delivered to the customer and responsibility and care of the product shall be passed to the customer. GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA) will not be held liable for any loss, charges and damages and the customer agrees to release and relieve GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA), its employees, directors and affiliates from any suite, damages and liabilities.

In cases of force majeure or situations beyond our control that will hamper our timely delivery, we will attempt to deliver your purchased item as soon as reasonably possible in good order and condition. However, GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA) reserves the right to change the delivery time.

In the unlikely event that your purchased item cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA) reserves the right to cancel your order and issue you a credit or refund of the purchased price and the customer releases and relieves GILAMAR ENTERPRISES, INC. (GOLD LEAF TEA), its employees, directors and affiliates from any suite, damages and liabilities.
