Gold Leaf Tea delivers anywhere in the Philippines! Delivery charges may vary depending on the location, quantity and amount of the items ordered.
3. How do i Sign Up?
To signing up with Gold Leaf Tea, just go to the Sign up or accounts login page and chose to create an account and provide the necessary details.
4. How do I manage to update my account?
Log In to your account and you will be automatically directed to your Account Dashboard. Click EDIT under Contact Information if you want to update your name, email address or Password. If you want to change your billing and/or add shipping address, just click Manage Addresses. Your billing address will be your primary/default shipping address. If you are already logged in, please go to My Account and you will be directed to your Account Dashboard.
5. How do I manage my password?
Log in your account and you will be redirected to your Account Dashboard. Go to Change Password under Contact Information to change your password. If you are already logged in, please go to My Account and you will be directed to your Account Dashboard.
6. How can I select and purchase your products?
Purchasing Gold Leaf Tea products is easy. Just select the product of choice by clicking the “ADD TO CART” icon and follow our easy step-by-step check out instructions.
7. Where do your ingredients came from?
We don't take shortcuts with our tea. We only source from prime tea plantations around the world to ensure that our customers enjoy their world-class tea drinking experience all the time, every time.
8. Who delivers my order?
Depending on your location, your purchased order will be delivered by our own delivery team and/or our last mile third-party logistics provider.
9. What is your delivery timeline?
Estimated delivery time is within five (5) working days from the date of purchase.
10. Do you have an International delivery option?
As of now, we only deliver to locations within the Philippines.
11. Will my product be in good condition during delivery?
Yes, we ensure that the items ordered are packed properly.
12. What will I do if my order is damaged upon delivery?
